Meet the coach
David is an accomplished former top-level swimmer and triathlete, having secured multiple Irish National titles in both disciplines. Currently competing and holding Irish Masters records in Freestyle, Butterfly, and Individual Medley events, David continues to swim at a high level as he approaches 40. With over 12 years of coaching experience, he has worked with athletes of all levels—from elite competitors to absolute beginners—through group sessions, club training, and personalised 1-to-1 coaching.
For nearly a decade, David has specialised in Endless Pool swim analysis, refining his ability to identify and implement the key adjustments that lead to front crawl improvement. His deep understanding of technique correction and stroke optimisation has helped thousands of swimmers achieve lasting results.
